Project Details
PT Altana Kencana Nusantara has its main business as travel services from Jakarta to Bandung and vice versa. As the business grows, Altana Kencana needs a reservation system to improve its customer experience when ordering tickets for their trip and to simplify the ticket purchasing process, so the customer does not need to go to Altana’s branch office to purchase the ticket.
Project Goals
The goal of the project is to create a reservation system for simplifying Altana Kencana’s customers when ordering a ticket, they also can choose which schedule and seat suit their preference.
Responsibility
My part in this project is to analyze the system based on user requirements, create a database schema, the backend system. The frontend is using bootstrap and javascript. I have also integrated the payment with DOKU Payment Gateway
